We were received by Indra at the airport and he drove us back to the resort, he was very helpful and explained a lot to us on the way. At the resort we were received by Puteri and she was wonderful and an amazing host. The villas were amazing and the stay was wonderful. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful and they were amazingly hospitable.

Everything from our pool villa through hotel grounds to pools and kids club was amazing. Best breakfast ever. We absolutely loved Andaz and recommend it to anyone who wishes to relax in a tranquil and non-crowded place.

Just left this villa and was so happy to have found it. Impeccably clean, warm and kind service with a nothing they can't do for you attitude; better than the photos. Amazing location in Sanur in the heart of everything, yet set back from the beach so it is very quiet. We had the best sleeps in the king sized bed and loved the big windows looking out to the garden. I appreciated the sustainability focus, with refillable glass water bottles, easy access to free filtered water, large bottles of toiletries, and the option to reuse our towels. Thank you to Ayu and all the staff. We will be back.

Amazing hotel! Don’t hesitate to book it! From the first greeting till the last minute the staff was so polite, respectful, always smiling and running an extra mile to make you feel comfortable like at home. There are lots of personal touches and compliments from the management too, thank you! The facilities are great, the villas are spacious, spotlessly clean, with lots of trees and palms around. To stay at the gazebo and listen the grasshoppers in the night was so relaxing! The breakfast is fabulous with fresh juice, fruits, pastries and variety of main course. The restaurant in the evenings is remarkable with its romantic atmosphere, live Balinese music and high quality. This hotel is definitely a gem in Sanur! We will come back with pleasure! Highly recommend it to everyone!

The grounds of the hotel are lush with vegetation, butterflies, birds, staff are exceptional, two huge pools, a promenade that lines the beachfront goes for miles (bring walking shoes), restaurants are varied and excellent. A 50 year old, low-lying hotel that has stayed modern and aged extremely well.
