The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

This is a very comfortable, spacious house set in beautiful gardens, with a fabulous pool. It was the perfect place to stay for our family Christmas. Budi and his delightful team looked after us very well, organising the food and cooking an amazing Christmas dinner. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Budi organised a great taxi driver from the airport who we continued to use the rest of our holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing.. so kind and helpful and always with a smile on - they had a very good vibe to themselves The room was gorgeous - super clean, very spacious, and the balcony came with a view to die for (bonus for the gentle bird chirping, the squirrels I saw, and the cute goose in the morning) I would stay here again, and would certainly recommend it!
