I had an incredible experience at K KO Surf Village! The staff were incredibly kind, and the food break was absolutely delicious. Excellent service!! We were welcomed in the most professional and hospitable way possible. Hospitality at Bali Beach Hotel was top notch. The staff was professional and friendly. The facilities were great if not excellent. They had 3 restaurants on-site with great food and great service. The pool area was clean and well kept. They had beachbeds on the beach as well, which the hotel kept it very clean (not one piece of plastic or trash could be found). If I return to Sanur, I would definitely book at this hotel again.

Beach front suite with pool was amazing, only probelm was that the rooms not entirely sound proof so could hear neighbours. Family pool are was beautiful as was the Beach Club restaurant. The Health Hub was wonderful for peace and quiet and wonderful healthy organic food catering to all dietary requirments. we were all obsessed with the Spa Welcome drink of ginger, honey and lime....a real winner! The adult pool was beautiful and peaceful to swim in and hang about. Spa was great with the offerings of massages and treatments, we had treatments most days. The only dissapointment was in the mani / pedicures that were offered. These were very sub-standard and looked like they were performed by women that had never done one before. Althought the women were pleasant and friendly the finished product was very sub standard. perhaps this can be improved on for future reference. Overall the resort staff were very friendly helpful and accomodating.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Sanur, Sanur Residence is a villa surrounded by views of the mountain.

I like the building design and it is close to the beach. They have 2 car slots for parking and they have some kitchen stuff that works well. Wifi works well, and the cleanliness is great.
