The apartment was really well placed for visiting Fort Cochin, the art and craft area and exploring old Ford Cochin. The hostess Usha was warm and welcoming and honestly ‘made’ my time in Cochin. She also introduced me to other residents to explore Cochin with. Her family made me so welcome, served tea and dosas for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble from booking excursions or advice on a local temple festival which was a once in a lifetime time experience. I thoroughly recommend Tajmahal homestay.

My stay at Dreamcatcher was absolutely delightful. This is the 2nd time I'm staying with my family. The owner and his wife always go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfectly arranged for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their warmth and friendliness have always made us feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Tgis time we requested Owner to arrange the baywater trip, kathakali dance and martial arts. Last time we liked the Ayurvedic massage treatment, so we requested it this time, too. If you're someone like me who likes to do yoga early morning, their rooftop is the best for it! Their rooms and toilets are clean and tidy! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating home away from home !

The owner was very welcoming and nice! We were coming late in the night and he was so kind to wait for us and the next day in the morning he gave us a lift to the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was really good stay, highly recommend!

The rooms are located in a simple and charming family house (guest rooms are just upstairs with a different entrance for more privacy). It is simple and has everything one need to spend a good stay. It is also ideally located in Fort Cochin next to the Kathakali Center (great shows to see there) and in a quite alley. What made me give a 10 out of 10 mark is the warm welcome and the kindness of the hosts. It was exceptional and made me feel very well and welcome. They care about their guests and that will make me remember my lovely stay for good !

Staying here is like staying at your grandparent's house. Mr. Roy is well connected and he can help arrange whatever you need. His recommendations are spot on. The location can't be beat. 5 min walk to Chinese fishing nets and main sites, really nice grocery shop around the corner, spacious children's park across the street. Room and bathroom was clean and very spacious and opened to a living area with fridge. Dutch-built historical family house that in itself is interesting to tour.
