Great room, great location, great breakfast. The staff here was so great. We had to catch a very early flight and they provided us with sandwiches the night before since we would miss breakfast!

very clean and modern, the bathroom was my favorite. The shower was amazing. it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip. the receptionist, Mary was so kind and helpful with all of our needs and even had the TV set in our language prior to arrival. I would absolutely recommend.

Everything. Was great location, close to the see and to the downtown. There was literally everything, very comfortable, even the little foot shower after the beach. The communication with owner was fantastic. During the whole stay, we were informed about the possibilities around in Alghero, all the directions, helpful information about the location, trips, restaurant etc. The accomodation was perfect, kitchen and bathrooms well equiped. Coffe, tea, welcome drink, water for free. Very clean rooms. Owner available for any kind of questions and advices. The place that I would recommend to visit. For the families with children as well as for friends trips.

Hotel Calabona was an excellent choice for us for an extended weekend. The hotel is a real 4-star, classic, well-maintained hotel. The staff is extraordinarily supportive and that makes the difference. We were helped for things that were not necessarily the responsibility of the staff and it would have been very easy to say I don't know, it's not possible (reception, bistro). But people wanted to help sincerely and we appreciate it a lot (I would suggest the gentleman with the mustache, from the reception, night shift, to a bonus for the employee of the month, for his attitude and support). The breakfast is ok and we really liked that there are fruit juicers available for self-made fresh ones. The shuttle bus is free to the center (the cost is borne by the restaurant at Sepanto where hotel customers have a 10% discount) in certain time intervals and the driver is very kind. The beach is intimate and quiet, without music, only the sea can be heard, with a lifeguard during the day. There are rocks on the shore and it is easier to enter the water with water shoes, but it is also ok without). The massage is excellent. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are comfortable, plus full blackout curtains. Parking in the hotel yard (with payment) and free behind the hotel near the beach (within the limit of available places). Overall the quality/price ratio is honest, we will definitely come back. The transfer to/from AHO airport takes about 50 min by public bus, which has 1 stop in the center and 25 min by taxi/uber (50 eur +/-)

Breakfast was great! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is excellent! Parking garage was too narrow for my rental car but paid parking 1 block away at the church was inexpensive . Close to many shops and restaurants!
