I really liked the breakfast and an impressive breakfast place on the roof with panoramic views. Quiet, clean, there is a guarded parking lot in the courtyard. Across the road is a pool.

Breakfasts were very good, but adding more vegetables would be nice. Very good location of the hotel – in a peaceful, quiet and wooded part of Bellaria, 500 meters walk from the beach. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area (we recommend those that are not in the very center). It is worth renting the hotel's underground car park (the car will not warm up in the Italian sun all day). Very friendly staff in the hotel.

Room was clean and nice. Water pressure in the shower was very good, and we have fancy led lights in the shower, that we liked :) Bed was big and comfy, room was clean. You can order a dinner, every day we had two different dishes to choose from on the first and the second dish. The food was delicous, owner said it is cooked by his Mother. On the breakfast you can choose a pie, fruits or cheese + meat. Stuff was very nice and helpfull :)
