Boathouse Is a very nice concept and in Cagliari they have right people that take care of the boats and tourists. Juan was an wonderful host and help us with everything. He introduces the town to us, we got advices about traditional food and restaurants, tratorias in Cagliari, we got help with the bikes, with the car rental and the list is much longer. We enjoy the time we spent there and we for sure will recommend this place to others. Thank you Juan!

WE LOVED THIS PLACE! We were travelling Italy for our honeymoon and stopped here outside the city for final relaxation, and relaxing it was! We booked the apartment for extra space and it was huge, lots of storage and a kitchenette (no oven). Housekeeping was fantastic and cleaned so thoroughly and even tidied up for us, thank-you so much. The location is right on the beach, it’s so quiet due to the road being almost completely pedestrianised and such a contrast to the noisy cities. We slept so well and the bed was comfier than my own at home with fantastic pillows. We had an early flight in and Paula on reception was a dream and had our room ready early and gave us towels to enjoy the beach whilst we waited. The hotel is decorated in a rustic seaside theme and is so relaxing warming, we will definitely be returning!

Lovely property! Perfect location between the marina and the historic Castello district. Very clean and tidy with everything thought of - a great guide to the area in the apartment, plus toiletries. Nice little Juliet balcony over the street & simple stylish decor. Host was super helpful.

The location is excellent right on the beach, the rooms are clean and also have a beautiful view of the sea, there is a garden with a cosy seating area where you can drink your coffee at the beginning of the morning or evening and the breakfast room is available at all times. the beach is very very beautiful with white sand and clear water, most of the time it is not crowded, Andrea is the host and he is Very nice and will help you find good restaurants or bars in the area and suggest you local dishes to try ;)

Paquja is the place where you want to come back. Here is the soul and welcoming relation from hosts. The apartments is close to the beach, 5 mins and you enjoy the sea and sun 😍 2 bus stops from the supermarket. Also you can easy get to the centre of Cagliari by bus. Special thanks to Ricardo, he met us and was in touch almost every day 🤗 Suggested places where to eat, what to visit etc. Local fruits were amazing 😋 Laura thanks for helping us with some laundry, your hospitality is great and it's a big pleasure to meet and speak to you.     A lovely seaside apartment. It was a very clean and beautifully decorated in tune with the location. Had all the amenities we needed. Nice size kitchen, clean, nice modern shower, towels, cutlery, TV and WiFi etc. Easy parking just outside (perhaps a little harder in peak season). Amazing location. So close to poetto beach, literally 60 seconds around the corner. Excellent communication and instructions from the host Marco. Family of 3 we were very happy. Will try to book again. .

    Poetto is amazing seaside, no car traffic. Lovely room with a Wonderful terrace. You can just walk 20meters and you are at the sandy long beach. Nice helpful and smiley staff.

    The hotel is spotless, lovely rooms and bathroom. Location was amazing, right on the beach. Free bikes for guests and wonderful cycling and walking trails at the doorstep. 2 min from bus into city in 15 min. Cagliari I'd beautiful. The staff are really helpful and friendly. A place to return to.
