Every thing was perfect, location, decoration, and the view ( view is direct on the beach) The apartments were so clean and perfectly equipped with enough towels, toilets paper, coffee machines and soaps and shampoos. Employees we’re available on phone all time and gave us clear and easy steps for checking in and out. It made our vacation more than perfect

My partner and I had the best experience from landing in Naples to departing, our transfers were seamless. ALL staff were so happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us with less than 24hours notice and it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The breakfasts were delicious and the cocktails were naughty! We will defiantly be coming back to stay at La Palma and have not stopped recommending this stunning hotel to our friends and family.

Staying in Hotel Weber Ambassador is worth every $. You’re booking yourself 5 star experience at absolutely gorgeous location. The moment we arrived it was absolutely stress free experience. Transfer from port to the hotel and back, every 10 minutes shuttle to the city center, luggage taken care of, table reservations taken care of, any and all possible kind requests taken care of, immediate check in (special thanks goes to Antonio and Giovanni on reception), exceptional cocktails, the beach just down the stairs (whilst guests from other hotels need to take a shuttle here), cleanest water because it’s on the correct side of an island, very positive, energetic and carrying staff (special thanks goes to baristas, waiters, Cataldo, and Francesco, and the chef, because that food is gooood). The best way to celebrate birthday. Tutto abbiamo pianificato e anche di più. Grazie mille.
