Perfect View over the Sea. Its brandnew. You can see the Sunrise from the Terrace and the Stars at night. Very good Location, direct at the Beach. There are a lot of Restaurants around, a Fruitshop and a Supermarket are just around the Corner. Parking for Free infront of the House. Very nice owner. If you like Cats, there are some local People just next to the Building, who feed the stray Cats from the Area.
