Manuela, thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven in beautiful Abbadia Lariana with us. We loved our stay here. It was so quiet and we had such a lovely view from the apartment. It was a perfect location for relaxing and exploring the region in our rental car. On the first day, we drove to Varenna and then took the ferry to Menaggio, driving down to Lugano and Como. It was a long day but we got to see a lot. On the second day, we set out on foot and were able to explore both Abbadia Lariana and Mandela Del Lario. On Manuela’s kind recommendation, we also did the walk up to Cascata Del Cenghen. The beach in front of the apartment was lovely, we had our espresso in the mornings and watched the ducks. Whilst the weather wasn’t right for swimming, we did get to dip our feet in. We loved spending part of our honeymoon here and do really hope to come back in warmer weather. Thank you again, Manuela.
