Perfect, new hotel with fantastic room looking at the Lake. So peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast is super, very friendly staff, location cannot be better. We really enjoyed and fulfilled our batteries. Would return for sure.

What can I say - this was the most incredible stay me and my family ever had! The hospitality of the hosts, the location, the nature - it's perfect! Citrus trees, sauna, pool are great, it's also a very tranquil place to recharge yourself. Each one of my family members (and there were 9 of us) were completely blown away with this magical place. Very friendly staff, helped out with everything. Very pet friendly, gave some small presents to our dog. Location and place was really great, next to promenade which leads to city centre. Has private access to the lake/beach. Have very nice restaurant and all you need at place. Perfect view and balcony to the lake and mountains. Definitely would recommend and go there during summer season for a longer period, to relax.

EALA's wonderful location and well executed simple but stylish decor would be reason enough to visit, but what sets this outstanding hotel apart is the staff. They're all so good and friendly it seems wrong to single any one of the team out, they're simply the nicest hotel staff we've ever experienced in a life of travelling. We loved everything about our 4 day stay around New Year. The location with both easy and very challenging walks right outside the door (a dawn walk up to Punta Larici is rather strenuous but a wonderful experience), is stunning. The rooms are comfortable and large, and the spa and pools are superb. We also loved the fact that although it was very much a Masarati, Mercedes, Gucci and Prada set staying there at the time, the staff didn't turn their nose up at our little rented Fiat Panda in the least. We will most certainly return to discover more of beautiful Lake Garda.

The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious and modern with great bathrooms. Beds very comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen area. The location is perfect, right in the centre near shops and restaurants but extremely quiet at night. It was so lovely to sit on the balcony and enjoy the fabulous view of the lake. Just a short walk to the information office and car park. We had a lovely meal in Jacky's bar below one evening.

The Argentinian receptionist was very friendly at check-in. The hotel facilities are great, and the room view for the lake is awesome. The bikes provided are also a very nice bonus, since you are in the middle of the cyclepath. The breakfast was also very nice.
