The location is very good, close to the sea. The hotel staff is very friendly and has always been in touch. There were delicious breakfasts. There was cleaning every day :) Also i have to say that my parents went instead of me, the hotel staff was always in touch with me if there were any questions, since my parents did not know English. Before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions on how to check in, and it would also be possible to book a tour.

I can highly recommend this B&B. The location is brilliant, but the best part of my stay here was the staff! They are super kind, helpful and in general great hosts. I really enjoyed the breakfast at the B&B where I ate great Italian breakfasts while getting good tips on what to do in Palermo. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and had a great view of one of Palermos main pedestrian streets.

the location is top, splendid view on the sea. very nice renovated room. well equipped bathroom. with hotel service, so beds are made daily, towels are changed. very friendly host.

On entering the apartment, it was immaculately spotless.A lot of extras such as a bottle Prosecco, olive oil,fruit, biscuits, shower gels,shampoo, jam, washing powder for the washing machine..etc etc...I really had to bring my clothing only. Salvatore, the host was a flawless host....TIP TOP.Just a GOOD SOUL!!! Loved the sound and the look of the crashing waves...a mere 10m from my window...A spotless, safe apartment, worth the visit.

One of our party arrived at 10.00 am, and was met by Alberto and given an early check in which was so appreciated as she had a long flight and very early start. The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, with a gorgeous balcony with sea view and had all the essentials to get us started including a bottle of wine such a nice touch. On the day we checked out we were offered a late check out if needed , and helped with our luggage to the car. We had no.problems finding free parking on the street outside. We loved our stay. Thanks so much to Alberto and his Dad so very kind.

Close to the coast and visiting places near by and supermarkets within walking distance , beds were very comfy and the apartment was well stocked with equipped with towels and washing products and made use of the bbq which was amazing
