The greatest spot to stay in Pizzo City was this house. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating even before we arrived. He answered all of our questions, enabling us to arrive at the accommodations ready. The home was close to all the beachside restaurants and the beach in less than five minutes. The neighbours were really kind and friendly too. The apartments were exquisite, immaculate, and extremely well-maintained. My family was visiting Italy for the first time, and I'm sure that the residence and host enhanced the experience. Strongly suggested, and we will definitely return to Casa Penelope.

The studio apartment with balcony was perfect for two people, it was spacious enough. The room was very clean and had everything for a short stay (the room could have an extra shelf to put things). The apartment was very quiet. The beach, cafes and good tartufo places were very close. For breakfast we got a coupon for coffee and cornetto from a nearby cafe. The owners were very caring and helpful. Everything was perfect for us, thank you!

Lovely studios and suites with a beautiful sea view. Beach was lovely and near. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I booked first three nights but extended my staying for two weeks because I loved the place. It felt like being at home. Small kitchen in the room was great. There was a washing machine in my room which was useful because I travel with small luggage.

This was, by far, the best kept boutique hotel we have been to. Spotless inside and out. The sraff are extremely kind and accomodating. We intend to make return trips here. Though Pizzo is a smaller town compared to its neighbour Tropea and others, its charm far exceeds its size. The restaurants in the piazza are like cousins that live on the same street, calling at eachother across the square and sending patrons from one spot to the next showing such a heartwarming sense of community. Yes, the tartuffi are outstanding, from artisnal gelato to the fresh nuts and coatings they use. The location is quite central to other popular tourist destinations requiring short drives or train rides to those spots without the hefty price tags or overcrowded piazzas. Overall the wirst part of the trip was having to leave. It began to feel like home very fast thanks to the staff at the hotel and in the piazza. Highly recomended.

The room was newly renovated, with super comfy bed. We were there out of season so the restaurant was closed, but this was not a bother to us at all, as we came only to refreshen and rest.
