The hotel was older but everything was clean and nice. The people were exceptionally kind and it was a short walk to the beach.

We love everything about the place. It feels like a wonderful Pescara city center apartment rather than a short term rental. It feels as though it was decorated with the eye and sensibility of an artist. This includes the furniture, fixtures, appliances and other furnishing touches. The host was very kind and informative. We feel as though it was a privilege to stay in this apartment and we will gladly book it again for a longer stay next time we are in Pescara. We strongly recommend this listing to all!

Great location, amenities were thoughtful and appreciated. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Would return and recommend.

Everything about it. Very high standard, very clean, great location, very nice hosts, good space, coffee/te machine, enough place to hang your clothes, the building and entrance of the room smells nice and the included breakfast is at a wonderful little coffee shop at the same building with ecological and quality food.
