What an absolutely magical experience! This glamping site in the middle of the olive groves is pure perfection. It offers the best of both worlds: the serene peace of nature and the full comfort of a city hotel. Waking up to the sound of birds and then enjoying a delicious breakfast delivered in a charming picnic basket was the highlight of our stay. The atmosphere is simply wonderful. This exceptional mansion / boutique hotel is in fact a restored 17th century farm, with a gorgeous garden. The hosts, D'Angelo family, owns also L'Ancora (since 1977), a seafood restaurant in Giulianova, and is actively involved in running the hotel and restaurants. During our stay we were lucky to be the sole clients, so Gianpiero and Gianpaolo have pampered us beyond words. For the restoration, Gianpiero employed the services of Castiglia Associati (we are huge fans of Sergio Castiglia) and together have refined and imprinted a balanced and clean but yet luxurious style to the ensemble. From the restaurant menu, using local bio produce, with Chef Eugenio 'Genia' for dinner or Gianpaolo D'Angelo for breakfast to the comfortable ambiance of the rooms - Rivolta Carmignani bed linen, Dorelan mattress and high-end design the effect is spectacularly cozy. The actual feeling is that you never left home. We recommend also L'Ancora restaurant, even if you don't eat seafood, because Gianpiero and his family will cook some signature dishes especially for you. We can't wait to return here!

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Rosanna, who immediately offered tea or coffee in the kitchen/dining room of the house. The room was great, bed very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and everything absolutely spotlessly clean. As the saying goes, you could eat your dinner off the bathroom floor - it positively shone. The house has a painted landscape on the front outside wall, nice garden area, and there is secure parking at the back, with electronic entrance gates from the road providing extra security, even though the property is out in the country on a quiet road. Good restaurants in the village no more than 4 minutes' drive away, or 10 minutes to restaurants on the coast. A good breakfast, with a great variety of teas and coffees on offer.

Large apartments in the fresh built house. Excellent beds! Quiet and clean. We have found whatever we need inside. Location is near the touristic city center and coastline. We was surpsired how good apartments and host are!
