It was lake Como in early spring, so wherever you stay, you'll be more than happy and satisfied :) But this place was amazing. We had lakeview room and we couldn't get enough of the view and the calming sound of waves in the lake with occasionally passing boasts and ferries. It was surreal. The restaurant was also amazing, offering great foods and wines/beers that we enjoyed very much.

The location is perfect for short stay and the view is breathtaking! The terrace is right over the lake and you can hear the water during the night. The bed was surpisingly very comfortable and I had a cosy stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property . Very clean , amazing facilities . View to die for over Lake Como . Luca & Giovanni we’re amazing hosts . Local train strike whist we were there not a lot of taxi’s available due to the strike Giovanni got in touch with a Friend who arranged a taxi for us as we were heading to Milan after our stay in Como . We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this beautiful quaint hotel .

the location is unbelievable right on the lake with fantastic views, we had breakfast on the terrace on the water each morning and the location just a short walk to Bellano is very quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of the ferries and everything lake Como has to offer. This place is a step above and we felt as if we awere the only ones there would definately go back.
