A wonderful stay! The hotel has an incredible atmosphere with a truly Italian style that immediately puts you in a holiday mood. The staff is extremely friendly – always smiling, helpful, and kind, making sure guests feel comfortable at every step. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Elegant and comfortable apartment right next to Hotel Excelsior with access to its beautiful sandy private beach, which is ideal for children. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering for a family of four, and the little private terrace in front with sun awning was great for relaxing. The host was very friendly and explained everything well. We will definitely come back soon.

Beautiful location in a small village. Perfect for exploring Venice and the Biennale and coming back to a quiet home base with access to the beautiful beaches on Lido. Excellent public transport nearby, we only took the bus during our stay.

This place is amazing. Perfectly located on Lido, right near the ferry and away from the extreme touristy areas. The service from the staff was exemplary. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Venice.
