We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious with a good view from the window, although not on the lake. Incredibly nice staff to help with everything - especially the hotel manager Maria Angela - an amazing woman who took time for each guest, creating an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity of the place, as well as a sense of value for each of the guests. The hotel itself is a pearl of architecture and neoclassical style right on the lake and its own beach. Despite the fact that it is an old historical building, the hotel is in very good condition and with all amenities, including swimming pool, sauna and spa. It has convenient location - close to the city center, but at the same time a little secluded - so not noisy and calm. Amazingly delicious restaurant with rich and varied breakfast with a lake view.

Located directly on the shores of Lake Maggiore, Hotel Beata Giovannina is a 5-minute drive from Verbania’s centre. It offers a private beach with free sun umbrellas and loungers.

The staff was amazing. We traveled with 2 kids and they had all the facilities to entertain and feed them. Thank you! You get what you pay for. For a 1-star hotel is excellent, and the food to die for :)

Really friendly staff, great location on the lakeside with beach (and its own wonderful private swimming pool), brilliant restaurant serving top quality food. Lovely breakfast which was very good value. The room was a fair size , very clean and with excellent facilities (shower etc). Rooms on the lake side are much quieter and have the best views. Easy 1km walk to the village with its restaurants and supermarket. Dog friendly (there is even a dedicated beach next to the hotel for dogs !). Lovely walks in the hills and around the lake.
