The room was spacious and had a nice big balcony. The kitchen had a big fridge, toaster and microwave as well as some cooking utensils. The beds were super comfy so we slept well the entire time.

Everything was excellent: the property is very well maintained, a lot of the activities (bring plong pants and tennis) Segway, go cart, pool, beach, onsen; food was great. My only concern was the Japanese style beds and pillows it was a little hard for us but it doesn’t really bother us.

It’s superb! Great location and easy access by bus to the airport… no car needed. Lots of restaurants outside serving excellent food! We went in late March so no outdoor pools were open but it also meant it was very calm and quiet! Beautiful room with the best view on floor 12. Amazingly helpful staff! It’s a huge hotel which I don’t normally appreciate but it totally exceeded my expectations! Thank you Monterey… I will be back and also look for other hotels within your group!

The whole place was amazing. The hotel is nice, the beach is gorgeous, never crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even who doesn’t speak English tried everything to help us when we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel! We also checked other big hotels nearby with beach access, and we think the moon beach is the best so far. You can really relax here without crowds or loud noises. And I also had to mention the private island tour with snorkeling and bbq. It’s soooooooooo worth it! If you book a few days here that’s a must try thing!

This hotel has a history. Built long time ago at the best location. Might not be the so called high end hotel but incredible staff members and beach. Rooms are renovated. We couldn’t ask for more!
