A very cute property in Bentota. The resort is really amazing, worth staying. The beach is just a small walk away, crossing the rail path- which gives another wonderful experience. The food is simply amazing.. The best we had in our trip to Sri Lanka. Special mention to the wonderful Chef and all the staff for the wonderful hospitality

EVERYTHING! The owner is a very friendly lovely lady. The room was super clean, the location is an amazing quiet area, 3 mins walk to the beach. We also got a MASSIVE breakfast. Everything was just fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again <3

Located in a very clean quiet area with no traffic, five minute walk to the beach, next to restaurants and bars.

Location was fabulous 🤩 wonderful place, directly at the sea. I had also birthday during our stay and the hotel staff prepared a wonderful dinner right at the sea, with Prosecco and wonderful decoration (it was a surprise: they wrote “Happy Birthday” and my name with little stones - very accurate and with details) and a cake special for me (they need to buy it outside!) It was really a wonderful stay :-)

There are no words to describe the hospitality and kindness, we were welcomed like part of the family. We felt like Chami Villa was second home, it was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and we miss it already. As I told you, I would give you a 100, but I can only give you a 10. The property is beautiful, rooms are large, very clean with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was abundant and so tastefull. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and the triple room had more than enough space for us, the big bed was large enough for 3 to sleep in. When my daughter fell and got wound on her legs, he brought us a cream to help heel it. When we went to the beach, they made sure we had everything we needed. Last but not least, Maya the dog was so charming and our children did not want to leave Chami the last they because of her and they keep mentioning her all the time.

Staff were amazing, friendly, always smiling, always trying to help, without being intruding room view was marvelous, walks on the beach was very relaxing, felt like it was a private beach food was exquisite , the chef is definitely skillful, loved the Sri Lankan and international dishes

Hotel with very friendly staffs. Clean room with comfortable bed, pillow & duvet cover. Nice environment. I think the swimming pool is a heated pool, nice to swim in.

The fact that the beach is so close made it incredibly easy to pop out and enjoy the beauty of the coast whenever I wanted. However, what truly made my stay special was the hospitality. The host and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions, arranging transport, and even preparing delicious traditional meals that felt like home-cooked delights. They treated me not just as a guest, but like part of their family, which made all the difference in my experience. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind or a base to explore the beauty of Bentota, Sithuka Villa is the perfect choice. I will definitely be returning in the future.
