This guesthouse is managed by a young and very friendly man. It is located in a luxurious, very modern house with a nice terrace and garden and it was renovated last year. There is air conditioning available, the house is spacious, very smart, and everything is new and comfortable. It is a perfect location if you need silence and calm - you can listen to the nature sounds only (lizards, squirrels, monkeys, ocean waves). It is located close to the Hiriketiya beach with great opportunities for some water sports. But still, you can relax and not see any tourists or listen to loud music. Spending time with the owner on the terrace, talking and joking was the best option for every evening. It has an excellent value for the price and the standard of the house is like in a five-star hotel.

The price is of course a bit higher than a normal hostel - but the facilities and things included make up for it! The breakfast was the best one I've had in Sri Lanka and I've tried different things. And the possibility to wake up, grab a surf board (which is also included in the stay!), go surf and afterwards enjoy the swimming pool or the yoga studio was really amazing :)

Everything about the property was perfect from the beach view, location which is meters from the beach, the studio itself was of top quality. The hosts were incredible - super helpful and sent us a message each morning how everything was going. We had access to the beach club which was also lovely with breakfast there each morning which was super tasty and high quality. We will definitely go back!

This home is super beautiful and clean, and the family is very sweet and accommodating. The room gets lots of natural sunlight from windows on two sides, the fan is super strong and refreshing, and the bed is comfortable and complete with a mosquito net. While the bathroom is shared, it's only shared with one other room and it's kept super clean, too!

The stay was great. We stayed for 3 nights but wished we stayed for more. Really friendly host family. The location is amazing, right in between Hiriketiya Beach and Blue Beach. There is a shortcut that gets you quicker to Hiriketiya Beach than Google Maps. Room was clean and comfortable. Also very nice local breakfast.

Everything was perfect! Beautiful place, quite and surrounded by nature. You can hear the Ocean during night and day. Owners are friendly and very helpful, will guide you to best places, beaches, if needed you can rent scooter or order beakfast, coffee. Great place to relax.
