We had a pleasure of staying a week in this villa. We loved EVERYTHING ❤️ Villa is located in this amazing, beautiful place, right on the beach. You always hear the calming sound of the waves.. Villa was very new and clean, beautiful interior, large comfortable bed. Rooms are cleaned daily. It is a distant place from the busy and loud city, and that is what we loved. We didnt want to leave this place and go exploring, we just loved BEING there and slowing down. Our girl enjoyed the swimming pool very day. I found yoga classes happening just 15min walk on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. Thank you guys! We recommend this place 100%. We were so happy that we have chosen this peaceful place instead of noisy Arugam bay.

We arrived at Whisky point not knowing what to expect. All I can say is that it exceeded our expectations in every way! We ended up extending our stay and became great friends with the owner, Nicola and his entire team! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were exceptional! It could be the best Pizza I have ever eaten in my life. The fact that you are living on the beachfront, which is super clean with no crowds and a few minutes walk away from Pottuvil Point where you can catch good surf when the swell is good or swim off the main rock when its flat, makes this place the perfect location, away from the madness of Arugam Bay which can get super crowded. You can catch a tuk tuk to A Bay and be there in 10 minutes if you want to go into the A Bay. I am going to miss this place and my friends and will be back for sure! 10/10 all the way!

The hotel is SUPER! The best hotel during my entire trip to Sri Lanka (I was in more than 15 hotels in 24 days). Very cozy atmosphere. There are only 6 bungalows in hotels, it's not overcrowded. Delicious food, better than in the most cafes on the island. Very comfortable and friendly hosts! The pool is great! Everything is thought out - deck chairs, a place for sunbathing right in the water. The pool is surrounded of palm trees! It's about 50-100 meters to the sea. The only negative thing for lovers of flat water is big waves on the coast. Therefore, I spent 3 days next to the pool and absolutely happy about this! ))) But also it has a very beautiful sunrise! This place is awesome. The huts are super close to the beach, comfy and we'll equipped. The owner and all of the staff are very welcoming and regularly checking in on their guests. We even got some welcome drinks! And the food they offer was tasty as well :)

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at Paper Moon in Arugam Bay, and it was the perfect place for our family to rest and relax. Nestled just outside of town, this charming spot offered us the tranquility we were looking for, away from the hustle and bustle. Our two young children had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful grounds and spent countless hours swimming in the pool, which we also thoroughly enjoyed. The atmosphere was inviting, and it felt like a home away from home. The staff at Paper Moon were truly wonderful—warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. Every morning, we were greeted with smiles and treated to a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast that set the tone for a great day ahead. While this isn’t a luxury escape, the facilities were clean and tidy, with excellent air conditioning that was a lifesaver on hot days. We appreciated the lovely open social areas, allowing us to spend quality time together as a family without disturbing other guests. Overall, we loved our stay at Paper Moon and would definitely come back again! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

This is the best surf hostel i've ever stayed in after trying so many, it's super clean and the people are very friendly also just a pass to the other side of the street to the beach. wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Value for money is 10/10

Would you like to experience paradise? We did! Eco Aloevera Garden is a place where you may see see the beautiful empty beaches, wonderful sea landscape and such a unique atmospere! Great place to visit out of the tourist season - which we did, March was great choice. The owner and stuff soooo friendly, meeting all the needs. Local meals provided based on our preferences, so delicious! Great clean, cosy little houses in shady garden filled with beautiful palm trees. We just live it all :)
