Chatau and his family are incredible hosts. We arrived on Christmas Eve and were invited to a Christmas dinner that they prepared for the whole hotel. He helped us during the week we stayed there with everything from renting scooter to surf lessons for a good price. He is genuinely interested and wants you to have a good stay. Even though the accommodation is quite close to the busy road we couldn’t hear it from our room. The accommodation is also very clean, spacious and totally worth the money. Would definitely stay here again if going to Midigama. Thanks again for everything!

This was by far the best place we have stayed in Sri Lanka. Rooms were amazing. Everything worked perfectly. The property is very quiet and peaceful. The host goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. Breakfast was delicious too.

Lovely family starting on renting rooms at their house. I asked for a close supermarket and the owner brought me with his motorbike for a tour sightseeing to a big supermarket in Welligama, very nice people.

Amazing place the view is spectacular, the aesthetic, the calm, the sound of the waves, the delicious breakfast and restaurant, the cocktails, the people are very nice. The location is perfect for calm and it’s very easy to go to the places around for surfing or having a drink. I loved everything and would highly recommend this place !

Location was good as it is right in front of two surfspots. Rooms were tidy with clean towels and mosquito net around the bed. The corridor was also really clean as it was sweeped at least 20 times per day by the host Sasi. Outside chilling areas were comfortable and the rooftop patio had a nice view. Host Sasi is really amazing as he is extremely helpful, nice and friendly. Everything worked well, whatever we needed was provided by the host. Thank you Sasi for amazing stay at Laguna Surfing Stay! Amazing location, right opposite the Rams surfspot. Lots of good & cheap restaurants around. We loved the design of the room and having our own balcony. The staff was sooo nice and they gave us lots of really good recommendations. We also booked a scooter and airport transfer through their contact and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay again.
