This was my second time staying here at this lovely little homestay. The family that runs it are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bright and very clean, there is a/c and fan. Breakfast is served with local dishes and a large portion of fresh fruit. I also had a very good dinner of grilled fresh fish. I can highly recommend it, if you are going to be in Negombo for a short time and want to be close to the airport, it is the perfect place.

You can book this place without any hesitation as: The host will give you a warm welcome and will prepare a good and big breakfast; before your arrival he will be in contact if you need any important information about the country (he can arrange transport from airport to the property, and if you arrive after a long flight, this can be very useful); The location is convenient from Colombo airport; The room is simple, but clean and for the money you'll pay is incredibly good! The bed was very comfortable;)

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed it. The location is great. the front door opens directly to the beach, so it felt super relaxing from the start. The host was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he greeted us happily and gave us a quick introduction about the room. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, basic coffee-making items, free Wi-Fi, and also had AC, a ceiling fan, and hot water available, which made the stay even better. They offer breakfast with both English and local options. He asked us what we preferred and at what time, and the food was really good. They also included a little dessert and banana, which was a nice touch. They also have meal plans for lunch and dinner, which is really convenient if you don’t feel like going out. At one point, the host asked if we’d like to swim in the ocean and mentioned a nearby clean ocean pool that was close by. He even provided towels for it. The place overall was excellent. definitely worth the money. It’s also very close to the airport, which is convenient. If you want to order food from outside, Uber Eats works in the area too. We were very happy about the place and will definitely visit again.

The place is absolutely great. Fantastic location, spacious, comfortable rooms. Everything very clean and nicely decorated. Exactly as described. The owner is very nice and helpful and breakfasts are very tasty. They adjust the breakfast time to the preferences of the guest. Definitely the best place I stayed in while in Sri Lanka.

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!
