Look no further if you are looking for a place to stay in Negombo! The family who owns the homestay are the nicest people I’ve met in Sri Lanka! They even welcomed me with fresh juice, and at times surprised me with nice breakfast and dinner. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very quiet, the bathroom is modern, there is also hot shower although you don’t really need. There is also outside seating area. You can prepare hot water as well in the kitchen. The location is also great! There is a small supermarket at the end of the road if you are in need of anything. A quiet section of the beach is about 5 mins walk and plenty of restaurants on the main road and a bigger supermarket which are 3 mins walk away. I stayed here 7 nights and I wish I could stay longer. But I will be back for a day or two at least before I leave Sri Lanka.

This guesthouse is run by a lovely family and sparkling clean. The aircon worked well, so did the hot water. Breakfast was massive and super yummy. It's only 700m to Negombo bus terminal where I took a bus to Sigiriya. I got lots of tips for travelling around Sri Lanka and the owner stayed up past midnight on a public holiday to welcome me when my plane arrived late and even offered I could leave my winter hiking gear with them whilst travelling. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Perfect apartment with all needed facilities, toiletries, supplies, etc. We were truly blown away how it was thought about every detail. Clean, comfortable, right in the city center in the building that has rooftop pool and restaurant, gym and spa, and 24/7 reception. Host is amazing and communication was seamless and he was helpful with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Negombo - just amazing, 5 stars!

I had the honor of being the very first guest in this completely renovated room – and what a wonderful experience it was! The deluxe triple bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows, clean sheets, and fresh towels. The room offers various types of lighting to create either a cozy or professional atmosphere, depending on your mood. It comes equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and a fan, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings and a small desk space that's perfect for working. The shared kitchen is a lovely bonus, with free coffee and tea available – and everything is absolutely brand new. Despite being above a restaurant, the room is very well insulated. It’s completely quiet at night, and even during the day and evening, there's no disturbing noise. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. The bathroom is modern, spotlessly clean, with hot water and large mirrors. The owner is very attentive to your needs, and the staff are kind and friendly. A truly comfortable and welcoming place to stay – I highly recommend it!
