everything! we stayed at room Palam7. we love everything: the decoration, the details, the shower in the open air. we love the infinity swimming pool at common area. our butler was so nice gentleman, polite , helpful and very quick to answer our questions. we also love the food at the restaurant. the general manager was so sunny man and very hospitable. He greeted us on arrival and on our departure he presented “ a piece of sun” — a beautifully packed curry! we were happy at Karpaha sands. it’ s paradise

Huge shoutout to the Ayurvedic Doctor who took amazing care of my friend of I who just got food poisoning ! She made special meals for us so we could eat safely and kept checking on us and giving us tips to get better fast (which worked out). Staff is lovely. Beach and pool are great. Room is clean and comfortable. Gym is clean and well equipped. Food is decent.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the beach in front of the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very thoughtful in every manner. The staff were paying attention to everything small thing which was very impressive. In dinning area, restaurant manager Mr. Bandara and his staff were given very good service. Room is large and clean. Garden, pool and beach area are well maintain. Staff were very friendly. Spa also very good.
