We travelled to Colombo for business purposes and a series of meetings. On check-in, we were upgraded to a suite due to the duration of our stay. A beautiful property with a very relaxed, tranquil feel away from the hustle and bustle of the main Colombo Streets but still a great location to get to places easily . Room was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely open air dining room where we had the best breakfasts. The staff were very professional and super friendly and helpful. Amazing service from everyone.

Everything was just as perfect as it looked online! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth. The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home. Highly recommend this host for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience! The location is unbeatable with an amazing view, it is in the heart of Colombo with easy access to restaurants, public transport, local attractions and all the best hotels in Colombo are within walking distance from the apartment. Colombo Emperor Residencies is well maintained with a 24/7 Front desk/ Security with secured entry points.

I loved my stay at this apartment! The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to do a late check-out. The views from the apartment were breathtaking, and the building facilities were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sunsets, and the security staff were also very friendly and helpful. Additionally, there's a charming local family restaurant just a short 5-10 minute walk away, which added to the convenience.

It's run by an old Sri Lankan couple who are very kind and helpful. The House is close to the beach and you can walk for 3 minutes to get there. Airport is 30 minutes away from the house which is what we needed. Two Bottles of water were provided. The owners brother dropped us to the airport at 11pm at night (for a price, ofcourse). So that was one less worry for us.
