This property is perfect for both long or short stay. Everything you need is right next to you. The apartment was clean and very cozy. The view is fascinating. Parking is right in front of the building. Nice beach with all the facilities is right next to you. The main thanks and the main treasure of this place (apart from the nice and very thoughtfully equipped apartment with everything you need) is the team and the owner who made our stay incredible and easy to arrange in all aspects. Great Hosts, very responsive and assertive, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well furnished.... great to have week off, the beach is great-food could improve the quality of the food... Lustica Bay is organizing all kind of activities so you will not get bored I suggest to them to keep up with it.... Kotor and Tivat are 15 mins from Lustica Bay which is a good thing as-well, lots of beaches in its proximity

We had the pleasure of staying at The Chedi Luštica Bay, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind — not just polite, but sincerely warm and attentive. Special thanks to Andrea, who was consistently present at the reception and, we believe, served as the manager during our stay. Her professionalism set a wonderful tone for the entire team. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and we were pleasantly surprised to find small daily gifts left in the room, along with a consistent replenishment of coffee, tea, and bottled water. Everything is sparkling clean, and the private beach is just a few steps away. Breakfast was a true highlight: a diverse and high-quality selection, with fresh juices, Prosecco, and à la carte options available at no extra charge. The food was always fresh, delicious, and presented with care. We also appreciated the efficient and high-quality room service, which added even more comfort to our stay. We can’t wait to return, it's a true gem

Our stay was amazing! The hotel looks charming, very clean as well as the staff is incredible, very friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and spectacular room view overlooking the sea. Looking forward to stay at La Roche again!

The flat is in very good location. A 1-2 minutes from the beach.There are all nesessary things ( cutlery, pots and pans, washing mashine with detergent) even beach chairs.. There are 2 separate rooms and bahroom in the end. It was very convenient for family of 4 people. You can sit in the balcony and watch to the sea and mountains panorama at any time The owners are very nice- provided all services answered all qurstions and took us to the airport. I was small shop in the same building and very good restaurant ( fish dishes) across the street "Ruzmarin"
