La coin sauvage is your next little paradise .. away from the crowd, right on a beautiful sandy beach, next the a protected areas. The accommodation is lovely, the connection with nature is amazing. Excellent food and most of all amazing hospitality. From the moment I step in I felt like coming back to family. The Italian owners are absolutely charming and welcoming. Carlotta is running the place perfectly with a real human touch. I extended my stay since it really feels like a home away from home and I would love to come back one day. Thanks again for everything.

Jean-Michel, Florida and the whole team are very helpful and kind. For example, we asked Jean-Michel in an email that we would like to stop at a "supermarket" to buy few things during our transfer from the airport to Doany Beach. He said okay. And soon he sent an email that he had noticed we would arrive on Sunday afternoon when shops are closed and offered that he buys what we need if we send a list, Wow. Doany Beach is beautiful with its white sand beach (no trash only shells) , crystal clear ocean in front of you, no dangerous currents, beautiful corals and fish for snorkelling (it is easier to find them in low tide). And there are no other tourists, maybe another family as guests. We could see sunrise even from our bed, we only had to open our front door facing to the ocean at 6 am. Brown (female) and black (male) lemurs are coming each evening or sometimes in the afternoon. We got bananas from the staff to make lemurs eat from our hands and let us stroke them (except their tails). As there are no shops or markets, you eat what you get. But do not worry, meals are perfectly delicious and sufficient and as a bonus, you eat in the garden with ocean view. Weather (sunny, 29-30 C, no rain during the day) and the ocean temperature were great. Doany Beach has filtered drinking water. We had no problems with WiFi. There is hot water in the bathroom. You may ask for how many night you should book. It can easily be one week. Lokobe Reserve is in walking distance, Jean-Michel came with us to show the way. It is worth checking Doany Beach's own website, where you see many boat tours offered (e.g. Lemurialand+Mont Passot+Andilana beach, Tanikely, Sakatia, Komba, Iranja, etc.). There are also many other program possibilities, like fishing, water skiing, face painting. You also see the prices on the website. Boat trip price is usually for the boat and not per person. Beyond expectations. Everything was perfect.

A very beautiful, quiet and safe place with a private beach. Close to Nosy Sakatia where you can swim with turtles. If you want to cook your own food, there are all facilities for that. The owner Patrice is helpful and kind. We highly recommend.

Really lovely place with amazing staff. It's close to the taxi moto and you can get to everywhere. In addition, the swimming pool is right at the door of your room. Finally, the staff and bar/restaurant is amazing.

Definetely the place to stay in Nosy Be if you are into camping. The people, the place with the wonderful view (especially at the sunset), the dinners and many more will conquer you for sure.

The property was beautifully decorated with stunning pieces of art work and trinkets. It was spacious and cool and perfectly peaceful. The room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, the space was clean and the bathroom was incredible.

Absolutely everything was amazing and above and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The restaurant downstairs does great food and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The location was great for both the pick ups to the day trips to nearby islands and also for a walk along the Main Street in the evening. I cannot recommend this place enough.
