We live on Gozo and enjoy taking mini vacations on Malta and in particular the Birzebbuga area. The apartment's location was perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, comfortable and much larger than we'd expected. The bedroom was very quiet despite the property being close to the Freeport and beneath the Malta Airport approach flight path. The bathroom was well provisioned and the walk in water fall shower a very welcome facility. Nothing was wanting in the kitchen area. We would definitely stay again when visiting Birzebbuga. There are bus stops adjacent to the property, the airport is about 15 away by bus and Valletta 35 minutes away by bus.

Manuel was very helpfull with everithyng, he let us stay even longer because we had a flight a night... We really like the terrace. Kids were very happy with playground outside just across the street... The beach was also very nice... Everything is just as on pictures...

Casa Rosanna B&B can only be described as perfect. I had a late check-in, arriving at 11 PM, and everything was sent to me beforehand,smooth, clear, and very efficient. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was simply exquisite. The views, amazing and breathtaking. Spectacular!! Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended!

Great Location and Service! Everything was perfect! A beautiful place, very close to the airport. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you can enjoy wonderful nature walks with breathtaking views. For such an affordable price, the service was unbelievably good – towels were regularly replaced, tea/coffee supplies were refreshed, the bed was made, and trash bins were emptied daily. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We will definitely return during the summer season. Thank you!

The view is great, and the location is too. It's also much quieter than you would expect given the traffic. The space is just the right size, and the kitchen is adequately equipped.

Comfortable and clean, excellent facilities. Super pool on the roof terrace, perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea view. A great natural sea pool across the road where local families gathered. I stayed here recently and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful and really well thought out - relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. The beach club is stunning, and the rooftop pool became our favourite spot - amazing cocktails! Our room had a private sauna and a chromotherapy shower, which felt like such a treat. But the highlight for me was the bathing experience. It was unlike anything I’ve tried before - four unique pools that felt peaceful and almost magical. It was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had. Also, breakfast on the 11th-floor terrace was amazing - delicious food with panoramic views that made the morning feel special. Would definitely come back.

The apartment itself was beautiful it comes with a pool and amazing view and an brilliantly refurbished house. Genuinely every facility within the apartment was gorgeous!! It comes equiped with ac, WiFi , a tv, an equipped kitchen with cutlery and/pots and seasoning. However what made our stay the most enjoyable was how genuinely kind the hosts were. They offered to drive us to and from the airport and were there whenever we needed help or assistance with anything- they are life savers!! We had a power outage on our fourth day, however, they had come and flipped the breaker on and even stayed to double check everything was working (keeping in mind this was at around 10 pm/11 pm) and there were no issues and then proceeded to let us know we could call them regardless of time if it happened again! On top of this when we had arrives to the airport one of the hosts and his son explained different areas to visit and recommended beaches and food spots and even told us about the tallinja app and what kind of bus card we should buy if we needed any. In marsakala there is so many nice restaurants that are extremely affordable like Angelina’s who have an amazing seafood risotto! And the convenience stores in the area are extremely affordable and are open till late. The area is a small village however there is so much to do and the people and are lovely! I would definitely recommend staying at Barcaluna if you come Malta it is worth the money!!! We definitely will be coming again <3
