The property is very clean and cosy. Close to the bikini beach (overall the island is small and completely walkable). Breakfast was included and we also got to try the local Maldivian breakfast- all home cooked and clean. We had a buggy transportation for our luggage to & from the port and the property and they also helped us book the speedboat to Malé.They also greet you personally at the port to receive you 🙂 Ms. Aroo was the kindest host and organised our excursions as well as took care of giving us all the necessary information for the stay and trips. The excursions are managed by Gaadi Tours, which is exclusive to the home stay, so you get to do the trips only with the rest of the house guests- so it’s very comfortable. Gadi was a great guy who made us feel so much at ease with the open water swimming in deeper waters and we were mesmerised by the corals, swimming with the turtles, underwater water photography as well as visiting the beautiful sandbank during low tide. What a memorable experience for life ♥️ And lastly, Hassan who is the caretaker of the property was the most kindest soul who took care of your stay. It felt like we were staying with our family with all the warmth, kindness and attention. Highly recommend!

I came to this lovely Island as a complete stranger and the in just few hours I found myself among very lovely nice people I can call a family and a hotel room I can call home once you arrive ask for Farid and don't forget that you will also meet nice people as Mr Hamada and also Shiva Good for it offered next morning a free snorkeling listen and a very lovely Beach don't forget to ask for your share Mr Hamada is a good businessman and can give you a very good advice to go around the island and he knows every single shop around I got my Mist hat from another shop here free it is a very good chef so whatever food you are looking for just ask him a help in it and he will be more than happy to help you around especially in quick shopping all right he's raining it's raining okay

Those water villas are not that luxurious when in close up Washing Laundry was very expensive. Cigarettes were very expensive (my gf smokes) Food was very expensive. All experience was super expensive expect for transfer. I will however return but not in pick season. In pick season water villas which are very expensive might face a near but public island which is a mess and constantly construction work.

The hotel is located in an excellent location on the island. The friendliness of the hosts and staff in the hotel is commendable. They are always smiling and ready to meet all guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, have a terrace and a private bathroom. It is good to mention that they are provided with power adapters. We did not miss anything. The food was delicious and varied. I would recommend everyone to visit the island of Guraidhoo and be a guest of the Athens view hotel, it is an experience that will surely to remember for a lifetime. The guesthouse feels like home. The location is fab with beach jus a few mins of walk away, the rooms very well maintained and cleaned every day. The best part was the hospitality, compassion and care demonstrated by the manager (Jay) and the staff. I was given a bike ride around the island with a local home food experience. It was the highlight of my trip 😊. Since i was travelling solo, special care was being taken to make me feel safe , secure and all the activities were planned as i wanted as per availability in the limited time i was there. Room has a lovely balcony with a view outside which is cool. Breakfast was decent with free coffee, tea anytime that u may ask for. There is a small sit out/lobby where u could sit and read all day . No major restrictions. The island itself is so beautiful with the cozy bikini beach right next to the guesthouse. The purpose of my trip was to relax, soak in the turquoise ocean and meet new people and it was achieved. So i had an absolutely wondrous 3.5 days at IRIS beach and would definitely try visit again.

It is all inclusive hotel, but depends on which inclusivity you choose. Our water villa is amazing, we get to swim every chance we got. We took half board meals, the buffet was delicious. The staff was accomodating and friendly. It was a good relaxing stay for us.

We loved the place!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to the Maldives. We have been to a few other resorts in the Maldives but this one is really special from the moment you arrive at the airport and threw all our stay. People are just so nice and attentive and they know about your needs even before you. Don't let me start about their restaurants, apart from the main one, the M6M (underwater restaurant) and the Traditions Indoceylon really swept us off our feet.
