Really really good hotel. Amazing and very helpful stuff, they always smile, greet you while walking around, they are always there to support and make you feel like welcome. They clean the room twice per day and mini-bar is refreshed daily which is included in the package. Plenty of food available throughout the day and also we had a chance to see the dinner on 24-Dec and it was really seen that they paid very close attention to details and spend big time to prepare this special dinner, it was an amazing dinner. Our room was far from the main dining and bar area which pushed us to walk so we were making about like 10.000 steps per day which was really good. we read a lot of negative comments about the wifi connection but we had a very good connection. There are a lot of place to do snorkeling Overall outstanding hotel with good food and amazing stuff

A truly all-inclusive heavenly resort. Excellent location, wonderful and spacious over water villa! You can swim from the villa straight to the reef for snorkeling. Lovely restaurants with a great variety and many activities to keep you busy! The hospitality is perfection. Our villa host, Wisham, was truly the best! He had everything arranged for us to the smallest detail and was 24/7 available to accommodate our wishes! To name the best: 1) Environment: pristine, clean, beautiful sorroundings 2) Ocean Villas: plenty of privacy, very well equipped, clean and kept clean every day. 3) Staff: very helpful, watching your every need. Our butler Preetham was there for us 24/7, for all our needs and more. Thank you for making our stay perfect. Also special thanks to Ayla and A. Jay as well as our water sports staff. I would rarely say this of on all inclusive resort, but this was a real 5 star experience really worth its value.
