The island is very nice and clean, you can keep privacy and enjoy the silence. Good restaurants, amazing wine list, the spa is nice and the staff is very attentive in general

From the very first moment, we arrived at the airport and met the Kandolhu team until our departure. Every detail of our stay was flawlessly orchestrated to create an exceptional experience. Though we stayed for only three nights, the warmth, professionalism, and excellence of the team made it truly unforgettable. Location: The journey itself is part of the magic—just a 20-minute scenic seaplane flight followed by a short 5-10 minute boat ride that transports you to this paradise. The Island: Small, serene, and breathtakingly beautiful, Kandolhu is the epitome of a private island retreat. The Resort: Thoughtfully designed with just 30 villas, the property balances exclusivity and comfort. It offers five outstanding restaurants, a stylish bar, a well-equipped gym, a serene spa, and a sea activities center—ensuring that every guest finds their own perfect way to unwind. Our Villa: We chose an overwater villa, and it exceeded all expectations. With a private pool and direct sea access, it provided the perfect blend of luxury and tranquillity. Staff & Service: The essence of true hospitality is mastered here. The team anticipated our needs before we even realized them, creating a seamless, highly personalized experience. Their warmth and attention to detail set a new benchmark for excellence. Dining: A standing ovation to the executive chef, sous-chefs, and the entire culinary team. The food was fresh, inventive, and packed with flavour. With five distinct restaurants—offering Mexican-Peruvian, Mediterranean, Japanese, Sea Grill, and an all-day dining option—every meal was a delightful journey of taste. Spa: We had the 'couple ritual'. A sanctuary of relaxation, the spa at Kandolhu offers a truly rejuvenating experience. An unforgettable stay! We had a dream vacation in a truly paradise. The staff was incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive. All the amenities were available for maximum comfort. Special mention to the underwater scenery – absolutely fantastic, a real paradise for snorkeling or diving lovers! One thing is for sure, : we’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff was very nice and helpful! It was a great value for the money. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, bed sheets were good quality. Each room had air-condition. Everything was perfect.

It is one of the most amazing places where I have ever stayed. Everyone is very friendly, bungalos are great- we even got free upgrade for 1 night in water villa, food is very delicious, especially Maldivian food, there is a small shop, where you can find all necessary items, hotel is providing various excursions, there are a lot of water activity equipment- so, book at least 10 nights (we were only 6 and it was little short for us) and you will not regret it!

Beautiful hotel at the beach on a calm local island. Staff are incredible nice and there is variety of tours available, so there is no chance to get bored. Snorkeling with mantas, turtles, fishing...you can do anything. SUP rental was available too and it was great to paddle around. Akeyz is very attentive and ready to help. There is a roof top restaurant and they also serve delicious coffee. Thank you for beautiful memories :-)

So! Let’s lost whole your stress and fast life - stay in this place! In compare to another our visited place in Maledives - it was more than expected. The staff (rather the Great Nice Team with really phenomenal Manager!) prepared many nice surprices, very good food (our recommendation is to ask about nice buffet dinner here!). So - finally, even if it’s sounds strange - don’t think about beaches only (bikini beach is very close, this is nearest acommodation, 3 min), don’t think about excursions only (sandabank and all typical activities are available) - the base of this acommodation is really local Island with fantastic/magic team on that house. Of course don’t plan your visit here if you need 5 (or 6)stars hotel , but be sure this team provide everything (personally and with the highest atention) what is possibile here. What is not possibile - its not possibile, if you need your own meaning of luxury everyday stay at home;) But if you need Maledivian hospitality and individual realtionships with the friendly people and very, very good standard - stay in Ocean Lilly Inn. And the position of this house on the Island is the best in our opinion. It was also 20th anniversary of our marriage (after unexpected unfriendly cancellation in another place/Island). Can you belive - the Manager in Ocean Lilly Inn organized all in less than two days before our arrival, even seats on spedboats when the seats are normalny unavailable/sold out. So, what a good result: to stay in that place with great events and standard better than expected we decided about this place. Also for this occasion it was ideal. Thank you!
