Very easy to find just across the beach, 5 minutes or so nearby to a variety of options to have a great meal and the property it's what we look for to escape from the city. Quiet, simple but with a great taste.

This hotel is so nice! The rooms are spacious and modern and have huge beds and a big balcony / terrace. The restaurant was really good. They have a paella night a couple nights a week which seems to attract people from across the town. The place had such a nice vibe and felt like a hub for the area. Very short walk to the beach. Highlight is the staff who were so nice, especially Aranza who was so friendly and helpful to us.

This hotel was such a treat that I requested to book a 2nd night. Modern, clean, airy, peaceful environment, attentive staff, and beautiful attention to detail. The breakfast was made from fresh, healthy ingredients and served attractively. The room had a tasteful, coastal vibe with well-utilized space, giving an open, calm sense and plenty of room for cooking, sitting down to eat, and sleeping space. Truly a relaxing and retreat-like space.

Our stay was wonderful. We feel in love with Natalia, the beautiful receptionist. She was kind to everyone. We really enjoyed meeting many other people from around the world. Our children ages 3&7 love Casa Cuyo. We walked everywhere and the beach is only 1 min walk away. It was a wonderful experience for all of us.

Lovely top floor room with a beautiful view on the gulf of Mecico. El cuyo is a sleepy fishing village with some great restaurants and a lovely vibe. You can rent sun loungers and parasols on the beach 200m from the Cabanas. Would definitely come back

Thanks to the lovely host this very special place has a very relaxed and kind atmosphere. The unpretentious and pretty buildings are thatched with palm leaves, our room had an incredible view onto the coco palms on the white beach and the turquoise sea.

Perfect place to enjoy El Cuyo coast: right on the beach, friendly staff and cozy authentic rooms! Sunbeds spot is comfy and picturesque. Breakfast has plenty to choose from and is very tasty. The garden view cabaña with little private pool was ideal variant for our kids🫶

The hotel was just perfect. Small and cozy with a roof top with ocean view and a good place to watch sunset and do yoga. Hammocks and nice places to sit everywhere. The hotel is situated very close to good restaurants and at the mire quite area of the beach. And of course Federico was a fantastic host!

El Cuyo is a remote village, perfect to relax, with few activities available, but kite surfing. When we were there, it was extremely windy particularly in the afternoon, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach and swimming in the morning. Nearby tours of the salt lakes and las Coloradas are well worth doing. The village does not have many shops or attractions, but locals will all be most helpful and welcoming. Sunsets from the pier are epic.

The location is perfect: right on the beach and right in the center of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast was tasty and very large and the view from the table is amazing. We enjoyed having cocktails and dinner at the restaurant as well. We really appreciated the fact that the hotel has a generator as there was a storm one night and the town lost power. There is always hot water with great water pressure in the shower. The beds were comfortable as well.
