Hotel was very nice with a great location and lovely beach for the family. What stood out was the customer service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially the Manager Oswaldo who allowed us to switch our dates around at no extra cost while we were there so that we could visit Bacalar when the weather was windy on the coast. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing hotel near the beach. The view to the sea was incredible. We slept so well there everything was very neat and good quality. Also the receptionist lady that welcomed up was the sweatest.. Breakfast on menu was delicious. Thanks for the amazing experience

Beatiful place with incredible beach, jin joga on the beach, snorcheling. Rooms were clean and with amazing view.

Everything was just perfect from beginning to the end of the stay. The staff is really friendly and kind,you really feel right away at home. The decoration and the atmosphere of the place is just magic. I think that the reality is much better than the photos. Cute,well maintained and clean bungalows. And great drinks and food :)
