Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay

The beach was fantastic and kept very clean, and the food service near the beach was exceptionally good. The room (apartment for 6; incl. a 1-year and 3-year old) was nice, kept very clean, and very quiet. The pool was beautiful and kept very clean. The food was terrific. Staff was all very friendly. All very positive. Worth coming back!

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Suite amenities are nice specially the washer and dryer. Francisco at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The waiter with the hat on the pool was very nice and attentive.

    The property is always clean and the staff is friendly. We appreciated that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 double beds and one king size bed (we were 6 and therefore no one had to sleep on the sofa bed, everyone had a bed in the Coba building.) In the main building the 2 bedroom suite has one double bed, one king size bed and a sofa bed so for 6 people we need to use the sofa bed.) Also: I love the palapas on the beach!

    The location was perfect for people who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta. The apartment complex itself is beautiful - huge pools, on the beach, great restaurant and service around the pool, very comfortable apartment, and concierge service to get a taxi. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs as well as tables with regular chairs. The beach was wonderful, not crowded, and not full of vendors. Excellent view of the sunset!!

    Facilities were great. Staff kind and helpful. I had a mixup with my booking sage (accidentally booked a night earlier) and they fixed it up without fee or problem. Food was good and helped with veggie options. Right on the beach.

    Staff were great. Location on the beach perfect. Pools were nice and warm enough to swim. Food was plentiful and fairly good with lots of choices. The gym was good. There were a few shows in the theatre in the evening. The sliding doors to the balcony had a screen. The ocean was warm and wonderful to play in. The beach was excellent sand.
