The front office was too busy shoving down all the rules. It was so much that we were wondering if it was worth the almost $400 room. Take cash with you or an international debit/credit card if you are a tourist because they take a damage deposit of 200MYR as of October 2024. You have to pick a room on the 7th floor to get a sea view. Every other floor is blocked with trees. The breakfast buffet was good.
