We had an amazing stay at Seaside retreat. Sheldone was an absolutely best- friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Did not take breakfast option as it was too expensive as all we wanted was coffee (which we had in the room) and a light pastry or toast…….went across to Gate Mall. Coffee pods in the room were good. Did use room service and that was fairly quick and well presented and tasty. The reception staff were very good, as were the managers Omar and (sorry forget….Ashraf?). The concierge Fred, was extremely helpful with lots of good advice. So was Pavan who helped us move rooms in the early hours of the morning. Would definitely return here.
