Everything was amazing. From the location to the hotel services, breakfast, staff, activities. Very clean, very friendly staff made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience. We arrived in the morning and the reception allowed us to access the room earlier than the check-in at no extra costs. They made a beautiful arrangement for our honeymoon. Room was enormous and extremely clean with all amenities. If there is a Paradise on Earth that is Jumeirah Muscat Bay

Fort Guesthouse offered a really good service at any time you need. Thanks to Mubarak for all his availability. Breakfast at the guesthouse is really recommended.Excellent location in the centre of Old Muscat.

We would like to thank the team who always helped us and welcomed us very warmly from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. We had a great time in Muscat, where we came for a birthday celebration, thanks to the efforts of all the hotel staff, especially the reception, Al-Khiran and Pavilion restaurant teams. The physical conditions of the hotel, its location by the sea, the area it is in, and the breakfast were really great.

It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!
