Villa was modern, spacious, luxurious and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and we made a lot of use of the kitchen. We were the only people in the complex at the time, so we had the pool to ourselves for 10 days and the kids spent a lot of time in there. Everything was new. Thr beds were comfortable, the towels fluffy, and Evelein, who met us to give us the keys was so kind and helpful.

The apartment is quite big and brighter and we'll equipped, from kitchen to living room etc, etc, the apartment have 3 big bedrooms (2 big bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a big master bedroom with one double bed) with brand new furniture, including beds, the 3 toilets are a must and pretty convenient for groups or large families. The beach is not too far, about 5 minutes walking distance and the city of Peniche and it's amenities aren't too far (supermarkets, pharmacies and so on) either driving or walking everything is nearby plus the location of the apartment is good as it's off main road and very quite during the night, also there are plenty of parking spaces available during the day or night, and above all it's a very safe area. The owner (David) is a star, he's very good when it comes to communications and any requests. Anyone who's looking for a relaxing time, a good, big, brighter, fully furnished and clean apartment, this apartment is highly recommended either for a big family or a group of friends.
