Parking for a reasonable price is also in a walking distance. To unload your luggage you can use a parking garage 50 m from the house and it is free for one hour. The apartment is just 1 minute from the beach, there is also a playground on the beach which is in the shadow, sand for children, toilets, showers, loads of bars. The sea is warm and safe. 10 minutes by bike from this beach is another beach called Zusterna and there is much more fun. If you decide to take bikes, you will love it.
