After being messed around by an airline, my tired mood was instantly lifted upon speaking to Claudia. She was incredibly helpful and understood what I needed to refresh myself. Everything great! The staff was so kind and always available for every request we had. They also took care of preparing our meals, and they were all delicious! It was my first time in Africa and they really took care of me and my Senegalese boyfriend. The room was really clean, I always pay attention to that everywhere I go and I can say everything was clean. AC in the room was working perfectly, the bad was really big and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. They also took care of picking me up at the airport together with my bf (with extra fee of course).
