IrelandGorgeous beach, amazing friendly staff especially Pop. Spacious comfortable rooms, great pools. Lots of breakfast options and really good. Close walk to town. They put on a great show for NYE food inc in the price of stay long buffet style with every food you can imagine, was like a fancy night market.
The staff go above and beyond and made our stay 10x better. We will be back, thank you!

SwedenIn all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

IndiaEverything about JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort suites was top notch. Right from the accommodation (family of 4; availed a suite), the courteous staff, quality food and beverage outlets (Ta-Krai, Sakura, Olive, Sala and the Beach Bar restaurant), Quan spa, the 3 km long swimming pool, the facilities at the beach, various activities being arranged by the property were all very enjoyable during our week long stay. We will definitely return soon.
Tip: Highly recommend the all meals plan with spa treatment package.

We had a sea view room and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was a treat. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and any issues we had (we had a couple, the shower and the lock on the patio) we’re dealt with quickly. The pool looked nice although we never used it as we like swimming in the sea. Good quality toiletries and fair quality bedding. The fridge was handy for keeping drinks cold. Chay who worked at the restaurant is a great guy and very helpful and also the rest of the staff. Really good prices for the bungalows and tasty food at the restaurant. The beach is clean and the sun chairs are includet the price of the stay. Last year we stayed at Kantary beach restort who is a 4-star resort intil Ao Thong beach resort but really prefer the smaller Ao Thong who is much nicer.
