We stayed for four nights in the hotel and loved every single second of it. Recommended by a colleague, the hotel fulfilled all our expectations: nice food, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great mattress and huge bed, friendly service, all included, ... A forward front-door taxi brings you to Sousse, Monastir, ... Great relaxing atmosphere.

With a private beach, 2 outdoor swimming pools and a night club, this luxurious resort boasts a great location on the Mediterranean Sea. Monastir International Airport is only 26 km away.

Throughout my stay, I felt confident leaving my money and gold in the room, as nothing was ever taken or stolen. I must extend my congratulations to the team and all the hardworking staff for their remarkable trustworthiness. The hotel's location is ideal, being close to a beautiful beach and featuring a superb swimming pool. The reception staff warmly welcomed me and treated me fairly. They kindly allowed me to inspect the room I had booked and even offered me one with a delightful view overlooking the swimming pool. I visited the hotel with my sister, and we both found it to be great value for the money. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to various attractions in Sousse, such as Port Kantawi and Hammam Sousse, made it even more appealing. The room itself was equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of wifi in the room. However, this was easily mitigated by having internet access on my phone, so it didn't pose a significant issue. I must commend the cleaning staff for their exceptional work, as the room was impeccably cleaned every day. Additionally, the reception staff regularly checked in on me to ensure everything was going smoothly and whether I needed any assistance. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would like to encourage the team to continue their excellent work. Thank you all very much for providing such a pleasant experience.

We encountered a slight delay at the check-in, but the front office manager and the client relationship officer promptly greeted us and ensured that the process was completed in a timely manner. Additionally, we received a complimentary room upgrade at the original booking rate, despite the hotel being busy at this time of the year. The staff's exceptional friendliness always accompanies a warm and welcoming smile.
