Hygiene, easy access , helpful staff

From check-in until out last day at Megasaray everything was wonderful. The facilities are outstanding but what was beyond my expectations is the amount of different restaurants and snack areas where you could have different choices of food available basically 24/7. The staff was very friendly but the animation team was amazing and it looked like they were doing a great job. Every evening there was a show at the hotel so from morning until evening there was no need for us to move much in order to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. Would definitely come back to Megasaray 10/10.

Beyond expectation! Everything was good here. I’m surprised with the facilities they provide. So clean, smell fresh, well design. The room size not a problem for me. Near to many attractions and tram. Located on the heart of Antalya. And the neighboors were very friendly, just like all the staffs there, bery helping hand! Sure recommend this hotel and will come back!

The check-in was supposed to be fully automated, as we received detailed instruction from the owner (Mustafa) on how to pickup the keys to enter the building. Instead, we found an employer (Dogan) waiting for us in front of the building, giving us a warm welcome and helping to carry the luggage up the top floor (we had room 8, top apartment with terrace and balcony). As we entered, we saw this beautiful, bright and big Studio with Terrace apartment, very clean and very well decorated. We felt immediately as in our own home. I absolutely loved the terrace: it was protected by windows glasses, so it was warm and cozy (we stayed in march, and outside was cool). The bed and the pillows are very comfortable! This was very important for me. The windows in the sleeping room had mosquito nets (!!) Big plus for this!! As arrived we found many snacks and drinks (water and fanta). I've never experienced this before actually. I was meeting Mustafa on the stairs one day and we had a pleasant conversation, he speaks turkish, english, german, russian, (and i think there was another language but i don't remember). It is impossible to not be able to communicate with him :) We exchanged whatsapp number in case of questions both with Dogan and Mustafa. They are incredibly welcoming people who will do more than everything possible to put their guests at their best comfort. I've seen lower ratings for the WiFi, that's why i want to mention it: in apartment 8 we had no problem at all with wifi. we had fast wifi and never connection problems. The TV in the apartment had netflix and we tested that we could watch on 3 devides FullHD on netflix without impacting speed or quality. The location is very good, i think that it belongs to the richer area of Antalya. There is the Bus KL08 right in front of the street, that brings you virtually everywhere in antalya. Supermarkets are nearby as well. At night it is very quiet and it is a safe area too.

The breakfast was amazing, the rooms were clean and new and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely gonna stay again!

Our receptionist Aras was incredibly helpful and patient, making us feel warmly welcome from the moment we arrived. He always greeted us with a friendly smile and a polite attitude, which truly enhanced our stay. Upon check out we missed flight and when we came back for another night, he helped us to the room and was very empathetic about missed flight, he was truly supportive like a friend would. We really appreciate such heartwarming words. We plan to visit this hotel again to see him again. The building is easy to locate, and convenience is unbeatable: groceries and a tekel shop are just a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, with soft, puffy beds and pillows that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the kettle, tea, coffee, and complimentary water provided in the room. Swimming pool is big. Breakfast options are plenty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I like the apartment, it was big and clean, there were everything we needed. It was 5-10 munutes to the beach. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very beautiful and well-designed place that complements the beauty and charm of Antalya. On top of that, the hotel manager (Merve) was really helpful and accommodating to our needs. She offered to book taxi service for us since there were a lot of scammers in the area. Truly appreciate her going the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay (she was also kind enough to help us book a famous restaurant) :) Highly recommend if you want to stay in the old town of the city.
