I went for a quick gateway to Qlusive hotel, as it looked very nice on pictures and I love Kusadasi. Let me say I was so pleased!! You arrive and a groom welcomes you, helps you out, with a smile. Then checking in was quick, efficient, the staff is wonderful, very warm and helpful. All the reception team THANK YOU, special thanks to Ipek that assisted me specially during my stay but really all the team members are amazing! They cared with great attention. I could not hope for a better stay! The Spa is also incredible, I was there for a couple of hours having head to toe treatments, they are worth the trip for! The suite had a view on the sunset, magnificent. Very spacious and clean. The bedding is of very high quality. I loved the top floor restaurant, I could not try all but at least I know that the food is delicious, you have to try the pistachio almond desert (I am sorry I forgot the name of it) and Thank you to the F&B team, Hassan that selected a superb red wine!! Also for the watermelon and Tulum cheese! I will never forget this gesture! Well to all the kindness and generosity of this hotel, from the welcomes to the goodbyes, it was perfection! I rarely encounter such high standards. They have made a loyal guest!!

I accidentally booked a room with two separate beds instead of a double bed. It was entirely my own mistake, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we still got a double bed. Recep was incredibly kind, as were all the staff in the lobby. Even the cleaners were super friendly, and would press the elevator button for you if they saw you coming. The location is fantastic too, making it an all-around great hotel experience.

We had a great holiday at this hotel. It had been a while since my family and I had gone away together. This is the perfect place to stay with family. We loved many things about this great hotel: the food, how clean it was, the friendly staff, the many little perks, the Turkish sauna (hamam), its own little yard, and many other things besides. The rooms were cleaned every day. They were very light and comfortable. The yard was fresh and very cute with its own little garden. The staff were very warm and friendly, especially at reception. There was one girl called Melek who was extremely friendly and helped us with everything! The food was delicious and there was lots of variety at the buffet. We had a great time at this hotel and hope everyone has such a nice holiday here!

We had a wonderful stay at Scala Nubia Hotel. The overall experience was very positive, and we were especially impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. A special thank you to the reception manager, Cumhur Kurt, who was extremely attentive, proactive, and always willing to assist with any requests or concerns. His dedication truly made a difference in our stay. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the service was consistently warm and efficient. One area where we feel there is room for improvement is the food variety, particularly at breakfast. We would appreciate seeing more diverse options and perhaps a live omelet station for freshly prepared eggs. Despite this, the food quality was good, and we would certainly consider returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent hospitality.
