Walk out of your room straight onto the sand. I visited out of season and during war times. (Nov - Dec 2023) The room I stayed in - 23 upper room with balcony) had great view of the beach and black sea. Size of room was adequate and was warm. Double glazed windows, king size bed, small fridge bedside tables chest drawers wall mounted tv and table with 2 chairs. TV has limited channels and all available channels are Ukrainian. You can easily get to city center by foot crossing the central park or go to the walking alley near the sea. Quality/price is absolutely balanced. rooms are not super big, but very cosy and light.
