You will have pretty little garden, amazing views from the cliff, private beach, great public transport access to other beaches and ocean towns. Private parking if you arrive with a car. Big plus - the kitchen, washing machine, sound of the ocean right from your bed, super clean bedroom/bathroom, and well-maintained, fast communication, felt safe and private.
