    The room had a great view of both directly out to the ocean and down the beach - fantastic. The hotel was located in a great spot, with shops, and restaurants, an easy walk away. The location of the hotel was great as well a short drive to the Delaware Seashore State Park in one direction and Rehoboth Beach in the other direction. Provided you wanted to leave this awesome beach hotel! The staff was very helpful, and the accommodations were great.

    Amazing ocean view from the room balcony, and easy beach access, the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast was a nice touch too, the property is right in the center of all the action in Dewey Beach, good and easy parking, and had a stop for the trolley that runs to Rehoboth right around the corner, plus the pool was awesome!

    Very well equiped beach hut (ie House), 1 minute walk to beach. Close to restaurants and cafes.

    We love everything about the Atlantic View. Location-right on the beach. Cleanliness-spotless. Room-large and comfortable with balcony. Amenities - pool, beach chairs, beach towels. Bonus-large breakfast, wine & cheese AND warm, homemade cookies at bedtime!

    The location is excellent, the first line from the ocean, a beautiful view, very close to the coast, there is a pool, there are sunbeds for the beach and towels, and there is also a place to wash your feet from the sand after the beach. There is a shower near the pool. Great breakfasts included in the price, plus an hour of free wine (dry red and semi-sweet white), cheese and crackers. Delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies every evening. The room is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly. I plan to visit again.
