I loved the staff as they greeted us every time. They were so nice! They opened the doors for you when the grab arrived. At breakfast there were lots of lovely food and drinks. I enjoyed the gym. It was very clean. The beach near the hotel was also very lovely to walk around. It was truly a fantastic experience. Will come again. Thank you!

Even though we only stayed for one night we had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great, rooftop bar was spectacular and beautifully decorated. Location is perfect if you want to enjoy Hanoi’s Old Quarters. But most of all we appreciated how kind and attentive the staff was. They definitely went above and beyond to cater our needs, help with transportation and even book a last minute massage. Big thanks to My Lee who made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

We stayed in this hotel only for one night, hours even, but the personnel was super nice! We were in our honeymoon and they had some cake in our room, which was a nice detail :) they helped us getting a cab to the airport too! Got a chance to try the rooftop pool, which had amazing views!

Absolutely everything about this hotel is amazing. My family were truly sad to leave this hotel. The staff were so so friendly and helpful. The hotel is super conveniently located to the beach, supermarkets etc. The breakfast was incredible. My son said this was his favorite hotel of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Would highly recommend!

The most spacious bed capsules I've ever seen, as well as the largest lockers in the room. Plus the rooms are spacious, too, with a sofa, a mirror, hooks for clothes. All nice and clean. They have a kitchen, too. No shoes inside the rooms👍🏻 If you check-in after 11, they will send you instructions. The staff is friendly, thank you Bich :)
